| [Connectivity] [Chicago] Internet dropping intermittently over p Over the past 2 weeks I've had intermittent internet outages throughout the day and night. The last one was about 45 minutes ago. I would be very appreciative if someone could check my line and let me know if you see any problems. When it is working I seem to be getting my full speed.

My wife noticed it since she's been home with out newborn and we called RCN. They sent a tech and he claimed we needed a new modem, even though the modem I purchased was still fully functional. Their new modem has now had the same issue and we reverted back to our original modem, but the problem still persists. Thinking of changing service due to these continuing issues and headache of having a tech come out and tell me the same thing, then try to charge me for it. |
