Activation date was 4 days ago, and still no internet

My activation date was supposed to on friday, but I still don't have internet as today(Monday).
All the lights are green, but the internet light is off.

I already called tech support, but I don't receive any help, they just make me go through set up a new connection/PPPoE blah blah, which I already done..

Any help?

Which modem do you have? All lights green, Internet light off, sounds like my SpeedStream 4100 ADSL modem, and ZTE 831II ADSL2+ modem in bridged mode; on a PPPoE system, if PPPoE is not on the modem.

I checked your account - you're in sync (as confirmed by the DSL light lit on the modem), but not seeing any connection attempts on our radius server.

Internet light isn't lit because the modem's in bridge mode - that's normal, no need to be concerned.

You said you set up a new PPPoE connection, right? If it's not showing up in the logs, that USUALLY means a typo in the username. I'll have a tech call to troubleshoot further.
