That is what I think a lot of people will do. Imagine how big BF4 will be with all the expansion packs when they are out! :O

BF4 will be the only game probably. Usually keep only one or two games on there.

Thanks! I was wondering when they would start the preload.
Good thing you asked about the SSD. I was checking to see what was taking up so much space. Turns out the the BF4 beta did not uninstall properly and neither did Path of Exile. Now I have 77gb free.

You should leave about 30% of your SSD free. So 36 GB. In other words only use up to 84 GB of it.

You should be able to change the download/install location in the Origin client. Change it to your SSD drive to get the initial install then change it again back to your storage drive.
