[Mobile] Plan Share Confusion

I was just on the Bell.ca live chat, and both the rep and I left confused.

Here is what we got stuck on.

ALLOWED:
Phone 1: Voice & Data Lite 60
Phone 2: Extra Line Fee
Phone 3: Extra Line Fee
Unlimited shared anytime nationwide minutes
500MB shared data

NOT ALLOWED:
Phone 1: Voice & Data Lite Promo 45
Phone 2: Extra Line Fee
Phone 3: Extra Line Fee
150 shared anytime nationwide minutes
400MB shared data

quote:
Two-five family members can save by sharing minutes and data. Every person gets to choose their own rate plan based on their own needs. Plan minutes are pooled and shared by all; data is shared between members who have data in their plan.

quote:
You can simply mix and match any Voice plans, Voice and data plans. You’ll not only share minutes with each other, but you’ll also get unlimited calling between group members.

So by that statement this should be allowed:

Phone 1: Voice & Data Lite Promo 45
Phone 2: Voice & Data Lite Promo 45
Phone 3: Voice & Data Lite Promo 45
Account:
450 shared anytime nationwide minutes
1200MB shared data
unlimited calling between group members

At first the rep told me it wasn't because promo plans are not shareable, but backed out of that statement after I pointed out his earlier quotes. He became confused, asked his fellow reps but was unable to clarify.

It is understandable you can not add extra lines to the promo plans, but what happens when multiple of them are on the same account?

My current setup is with Bell,
I have 3 phone each with a $40 plan,
the included minutes and data is pooled and shared between the phones,
with unlimited calling between group members.

This is the same system the rep explained.
