[Internet] Customer for 6 weeks, extremely frustrated.
Shopping for other options as off today.
- This is the fastest Internet I have had, WHEN is up. Unfortunately, it is a daily dose of reboot modems and wait and see. Techs have been out to my house 4 times, change a plug here or there, and go away. The next day, same intermittent service.
- Most of the HD channels come up with "not available at this time, try later".
- The DVR box reboots itself at random. As much as 3 times in 1/2 hour. Exchanged original box, second one has same issue.
Like I say, when is up, is a dream. Unfortunately, is not up much.
