Can WISP use a weather station poll to bounce the signal?

Someone put up a large poll/tower (200+ foot high 2 foot around) with 6+ wind speed gauges at different heights and what I guess is a rain gauges. It's tied down good I don't think they plan on moving it. My question is do/can WISP use that type of poll/tower? It's in a good spot basically a dead zone there's a wisp tower 9 miles away they should have clear LOS of each other I'm thinking they might use it to bounce the signal?

Maybe. It depends on a lot of factors. The WISP would have to decide they want to consider it, examine the mast to see if it's suitable (stability would be a primary concern), then negotiate with the owner of the mast to see if they're interested. Usually the mast owner will want compensation, and the WISP has to decide if they want to pay it.

Those are very often temporary setups... what happens in 12 months, 18 months when it goes away ?
