TekSavvy → [Cable] Xbox live issues after upgrade to 35/3.error 8015-190E

Short story, xbox can't connect to xbox live (but cant pass rest of network connectivity tests). Found that another Teksavvy customer has exactly same issue with his xbox (link above). My issue started around same time as his. Could be just coincidence but I believe issue started after I upgraded from 28/1 to 35/3. Did cable reset and everything, nothing helps - getting same error 8015-190E. Anyone else has same issue?
