I have CS2 and see no reason to ever go beyond. Adobe screwed the pooch on this one.

I've compared Photoshop CS6 to CC. CC still likes to lag and there isn't a noticeable difference in functions between them.

Whoever made the decision at Adobe to go 'monthly payment' should be sacked.
