My friend's on wind and I can never blood reach him on his cellphone. That's the reason why Rogers can still charge what they do. If the cell phone doesn't work it could be free and no one would want it.

Hopefully wind improves but building out cell towers is expensive. And it seems like they don't have the funding to really get it going.

i use fido yes i know an arm of rogers. for 57 a month i get unlimited minutes unlimited long distance in canada voice mail and call display. my spouse has family in nunavut it works for us, and i got a second phone for 19.99 a month. no charges for the phones an htc and an lg nexus. the second phone doesnt have the long distance and is for 300 minutes a month.
