kudos:4 | bulk accounts can have different terms....
we have some buildings that use what we call an MDTA or DSAN which supplies channels 2-99 analog from our digital line up; no boxes, but HSI works for the customers.
if you have a full analog lineup, this what i suspect, and boxes will not work.

| what Comcast and the apartment complex have setup for the bulk account is that you can get 1 dta for free which the apartment would be responsible for but you can go to the service center to get a free pace rn110 which is your responsibility. and you also get digital Starter as part of the agreement for free.
what i did was i upgraded to digital preferred and got hddvr which right now i have a Motorola DCX3501M which Comcast calls Motorola RNG200N. but i want to upgrade to x1 dvr

kudos:4 | you just need to call comcast just as you did to get yout current DVR. if calling doesnt work, go to your local office.
your apartment complex people have nothing to do with this, seeing as you have a billable account with comcast.

What i am trying to do to get x1 dvr is to setup a dvr installtion and request the pace XG1 or the Pace PCRNG210N DVR i will see if this works for me to get n x1 dvr |

| So they told that I would get the box I wanted and that the appointment and tech notes they put in are very detailed to get the tech and other people working on my appointment what I want and can provide me with it.
The appointment is on the 8th between 2 and 4 pm. |
