Hey guys,Team picture of nine kids today and I'm sure you know not everyone was smiling at the same time, but almost everyone smiled at some point.Can someone more skilled than I am merge the smiling faces on the crops into the base shot?Thanks for your help, and please post the unprocessed final image before making any adjustments.

If you're going to be doing more group shots and are using Windows you might want to try out Photo Fuse it used to be called Group Shot it switches out parts of an image in cases just like this.
