May as well...
Fastest DSL available in Windsor because Im too cheap for cable. supposed to be 7/1 but with a 52 DBM attenuation and barely pushing 6.0 NMR Im lucky to be even getting this.
This is Annex M as well.
(host served MNSi -- naturally since their the only ADSL2 provider in Windsor)
