| [OT] linksys x2000 and earthlink Perhaps you can help me. I have been working on this for 3 days. I needed to replace my modem and router with the Linksys x2000 combo. I have connected the modem/router into the phone line both with and without the filter. I have run the set up that comes with Linksys and have tried to connect using the computer settings, TCP/IP settings. I have connected to the router settings. I have tried both wireless and ethernet connections. I am simply beside myself. I have contacted Earthlink and Linksys both for support, but that has just been pointless. Can you PLEASE tell me where to start with configuring the modem even with ethernet would be fine. Then I can work on getting the wireless to work. Things were fine until the modem and router got wet. |
