| Re: Connections Drops Only when I shop or bank In the past I have had my EarthLink DSL connection drop at exactly the moment I enter my credit card at check out. That incident created a fraud incident in which the perpetrator stole the credit card number. He intercepted the Amazon page where the numbers showed. Well it turns out that the exact scenario is now happening. I use Windows Defender on Windows 8 [newest system]. Anybody have a solution for this? |

What do you mean by drop? The DSL Modem reboots, or the DSL Modem flashes all its lights then resets, or you get a Windows PPP error? or something else?
