Contact Shaw, have them look at your modem, confirm it actually upgraded (not looking at the account, but what the modem reports)

DSL Reports defaults to CST when you're logging in anonymously (Ontario time. 6pm Manitoba time is 5 pm Alberta. )
If you're looking for someone to complain to who actually works for shaw, you might want to try the shaw community at »community.shaw.ca/ While Shaw_Alex does hang out from time to time, since the community forums went up, we don't see much of him at all.

I lurk from time to time. You guys answer most questions without me.

Regarding speed issues, check out this document »community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1012 and if you are still having issues let me know and we can look into it.

My theory is that there really is no Shaw 10 plan. I've been getting a consistent 20 down on the Shaw 10 plan since I switched to it two years ago. I think we'll see Shaw 10 disappear early next year, given that Shaw 10 and Shaw 25 are only $5 different in price and Shaw 25 has double the data limit.

Shaw 10 includes "speedboost" which lets you burst higher. It really shows on speedtests. If you look at your bandwidth graph on speedtest.net, or speedtest.shaw.ca, it'll show a large spike at the beginning, smoothing down to 10mb/s later on in the test.

What *has* disappeared (apparently) are the 15mb/s and 20mb/s plans, but I haven't looked at the plans recently, so that might not be new.

I thought only 'high-speed' (7.5) had speedboost/powerboost

10 didn't have it?

15 is a business plan (used to be Extreme but that was ~10 years ago).

20 is gone, last price change was changed to the same price as 25, they aren't offering it anymore, and converting the current 20 customers to 25

My Shaw 10 shows flat bandwidth graphs at 20, at just under Extreme on Shaw test. No spikes.
