However ignorant this question may be, I guess I'd have to say the most ignorant question is the one not asked.
I just have a simple question over some confusion of what's "verified" in the buyer/seller forum ? I'll do whatever to become verified, as I'd like others to know they're dealing with someone who can be trusted; I've been a member here for quite a while, I've had a PayPal account for years, I have an Ebay account with 100% buyer/seller rating over a period of 13 years....
So what does it take to become verified ?

PS: I just found out too that special characters, such as the actual symbol for
pi, are not seen in one's sig. OK, it's back to pi..... ......

Do you mean the ratings listed on some people when they post? Those come from reviews from buying or selling on the site. They may not show up on some short posts but looking at their member page you can see reviews left by other members if they have them.

Yes, I guess that's it, but this is the exact wording:

Reviews Part III and Part IV have been imported into the new system. This covers member reviews back to the beginning of 2003. If you've been reviewed, check your profile page to make sure that everything looks okay. If you see something erroneous send me a note and I'll look into it.

I just made a silly mistake. I initially thought this meant that the site itself had verified you in some way, or whatever. Let's put this one to bed. Thanks for the kind reply.
