 | [Other] I had a nigthmare experience that will not end in Medina I recently in June moved from Armstrong to Frontier, Phone Internet and TV. I setup my request for unlimited long distance, DSL and Phone the rep talked me into signing up for two lines and getting a second DSL for free I was told it will help with the speeds. I also went with the DISH TV package 2 hoppers and 3 joeys. Well I ended up with 3 phone lines some how none of my packages were right. multiple multiple calls like at least 15 so far to get the whole thing setup. And its still wrong. My current major issue is with billing me like 300 plus for long distance charges. they denied me a credit twice saying they were before I switched to unlimited they don't understand It was unlimited from the beginning at least that is what I asked for. Any ways I need to talk to someone that can fix this. Who can I talk to in Ohio? My story is worse than what I describe. I have had a very bad customer service experience. |

(as you've already experienced.) I've found that a combination of telephone calls as well as E-mailing your respective Areas General manager will generally get the situation taken care of. »www.frontier.com/customerservice···contacts
Best of luck to you in getting this problem resolved quickly. |

If you have a local Frontier office in your town, I suggest going there and dealing with an agent in person to try and resolve your account issues.
In my experience, they seem to care about you more as a customer and will do anything to keep your business (and know full well that agents over the phone cause nothing but problems).
I always go to my local office and talk to the agent at the desk if I want to make any changes to my account. If you deal with anyone over the phone, they're just going to try to upsell you, which is exactly what they've done. |

What part of Ohio do you live in and I can get you the contact name and number of the GM and higher level managers of that area. |

1 edit | I appologize it took so long to get back to you.
The GM for that area is Ben Fauver, ben.fauver@ftr.com.
His bosses name is David Davidson, david.davidson@ftr.com.
I hope this information will help you and being that these people are mid and upper level managers I am sure they will be able to help resolve your problem, I hope. Good luck.
Edited to remove phone number with Colorado area code -grobinette |
