Completed A Group Sign Up Today

Me and three other guys did a group sign up today with ebox.
It went very well.
Required a few phone calls back and forth to ebox to get all the details right.
Thanks to retep , our group leader for that.

There was one minor hiccup when I called ebox to confirm the group sign up.
However it was resolved very fast (90 minutes) by Benoit T. of ebox.
So a big thank you to Benoit T.

I should be up and running with ebox in a couple of weeks.
So I will come back here and let you all know how it goes.

For now we are running 10 out of 10.

OK, so here is the follow up.

Signed up on the 16th of September.
Videotron did the cable install on the 24th of September (fast!).
Good, clean cable install, great installer.
Finished the install at 2:00 pm
By 5:00 pm my Ebox connection was up and running.
Both download and upload speeds are as advertised and I am very pleased with the new higher speeds I now have.
It has been a smooth, no hassle transition for me from Bell to Ebox.

I have only been on ebox for 2 days now but so far it's great.

10 out of 10 ebox.
