| Seems this is basically all of my HD channels because the SD ones work. I got off the phone with WOW a minute ago and they told me they un-paired and re-paired the device and to wait a few minutes but I have a feeling that's going to work. I also ran the Centon Diagnostics tool and noticed that the card is saying it hasn't received the validation signal for all of the channels I attempt to diag. |

I had similar issues with getting my CC setup with my HdHomerun Prime. It's pretty much hit or miss with whatever rep you talk to and if they know what to do. I finally gave up and sent WOW_Dan a message and he was able to resolve my issue. |
