I think I read every issue of 73 I collected the annual antenna issue for years and still have about 10 of them.
I don't think I ever read one of his editorials that I did not like. Although his constant harping about the unfairness of the progressive licensing system kinda got old

I probably have 15- 20 years of back-issues of 73, still piled up in my basement, couldn't wait for the next issue to arrive.

Always enjoyed his Never Say Die column, and I have off and on followed his blog until his health started to go downhill earlier this year.

For some of the oddities of the man, I think he went SK on Friday the 13th on purpose, he's probably still laughing about it.

Yep...RIP Wayne.

Yes, to say the least he was an interesting fellow. I thought the construction and conversion articles were interesting and useful to many. I agree with KA3SGM, this is one time his timing was perfect and gives an explaination for rumbling I heard last Friday. RIP 73
