Is there a program that will do this? (Recording Streams)

Someone has asked me if there is a program that can be set to start recording a computer stream at a certain time and stop at a certain time in various audio formats?

Look up streamripper on sourceforge.net. It may not do everything but its one of the better options.

Replay Media Catcher can do audio or video and I believe is programable.
