Sweet WitchBe the flame, not the moth.Premium,MVM join:2003-07-15 Gallifrey | [Help] Lighting help please Ok, I'm using 5000K lights and a white lightbox but everything comes out like this: .JPG/thumb.jpg) Panasonic DMC-GH2 43mm 1/500th F8 ISO800 It should be black on white, not black on grey
Can someone please look at the EXIF data and tell me what to adjust? Even if I hold one of the lights right next to the camera and I see white, I get grey. Thanks -- "While you can teach an old dog new tricks, you simply can't teach him to be a cat."

To elaborate- meters are designed to 'read' an 18% grey card, and adjust exposure so that reproduces correctly. So it reads the white, and exposes to make it that grey. For the most accurate exposure, get a grey card, and use that to meter the exposure. -- ***ATMFAQ***DIFAQ***Kitchen Sink*** |

I'm but an amateur with a PS camera. When I have exposure issues I use a program called Simply Good Pictures. It's amazing what it can do with one click.
