Polk County, FL (Tampa Brighthouse)

My internet connection is running slower than normal (1.5 mps download speeds, normally 30 mps) and certain websites (like Youtube and the Firefox plugins page) don't load correctly or don't load at all. I'm having the same issues on two different desktop computers, one laptop, and one android device. I've also tried multiple browsers. I was having similar issues several months ago when Verizon was dropping fiber in my neighborhood. Brighthouse later replaced the modem (6th modem in three years).

Any ideas?

Since you mentioned Android device, is this only on wireless connections?

The two desktops have a wired connection. The laptop and Android device are connected via WiFi. Same issues across all four devices.

When you test, did you have all other devices off or disconnected. I ran into an issue a couple months ago where an infected computer on my network was hogging all my speed. As soon as I turned it off, normal service resumed.

What is the status of this?
