Trying to resolve geo-location based ipv4 issues

Hey guys, for those who use our services in Ontario we recently created a new orgid with ARIN (the american registry of internet nic).

»whois.arin.net/rest/org/EB-57/pft

Basically what we are going to do is assign some ipv4 space for Ontario and some for Quebec. The ipv4 destined for Ontario will use the ORG EB-57 which point to Downtown Toronto for geo-located based system.

With the launch of Cable internet in Ontario soon we want to make sure our clients in Ontario don't have problems connecting to Ontario websites and vice-versa for Quebec customers.

currently we are testing the propagation on a subnet reserved for vpn usage that is being reallocated.
