I would like to know what exact cable modems are allowed by your company if I want to bring my own modem for the 10M service (Docsis 2) or for the 30M service (Docsis 3).

If I buy a Motorola SB 6120 modem from US, it would be ok? I do not see a software version for it ...

No it will need a software version for Videotron network. The best way would be to see with Ebox Support if the S/N is autorhize by Videotron.
