HP All-in-one desktop - Black screen

I have searched and tried all the troubleshooting I can think of.
-reset bios by shorting the pin under RAM
-tried different RAM
-hard reset
-removed hard drive
-tried the HP website troubleshooting.

Symptom
Black screen
power button light on
power supply light on
Hard drive light is off
Fans are on

Model is
HP MS200 series MS214

Any suggestions.

If your harddrive is not spinning at all after you power on, I wouldn't think you're even posting. I would personally try the power supply first.

Have you hooked up an external monitor?
