| Downloads Seem Throttled I have a 30mbps connection with Brighthouse and Speedtest on both my wired desktop and through wireless on my phone show 30mbps. However, I seem to max out at 4mbps on all of my downloads. Has anyone had an issue like this and know of anything on the software side that could be causing this? |

| Are you sure that it isn't a capital B, as in Bytes? 4 MBytes per second is about right for a 30 Mbits per second connection. My 15 Mbps connection maxes out right around 2 MBps. |
