Office 2013 Menu Labels

Somewhere in this forum I saw a way to change the default menu bar labels from all caps to mixed. I can't fine it again!

Can someone direct me to that post?

TIA

You right click the Ribbon
Choose Customize the Ribbon
In the left Window click on the menu you want to change
Click the Rename Button
The original name will appear
PUT a SPACE in front of the name and type it in Proper Case.

If you don't put a space in front of the name it will still be in ALL CAPS even if you put All Caps.

Awesome, thanks for the question and the answer. Every single person I meet that's using Office 2013 hates the interface and I've been asked so many times if the case can be fixed. I always figured there was some way to hack some resource DLL's or something but this seems easier...
