The new account registration and migration page is a complete nightmare.
I get a "Username must be at least 4 characters and less than 50 characters. Please try again." error when setting a password. And a server error when checking username availability.
This is the same problems WOW had back on September 11th when the account registration and migration page was publicly made available. It's like they took it down for a week and then put it back up again. They said they were going to fix these problems then make the migration page available. It's like they didn't even do that much.
Now they have it so that if you are a former Knology customer, to log in with your MyKnology username and password. I don't know why they didn't do that in the first place instead of forcing Knology customers to register with new account information.
