Cannot login using Internet Explorer?

Haven't logged into DSL Reports in a while. Using Internet Explorer I am getting a message about not possibly accepting cookies. To the best of my knowledge, I am not blocking cookies (how can I check if I am?). I was redirected to a page to check and ran the tests on that page and all seemed OK.
I am using Chrome to post this message. Any help will be appreciated!

I just visited secure.dslreports.com and logged in OK in using ie without typing in my user name or password. I am using Win 7 64bit and ie9. It has been a while since my last login. Dio I now need to use the secure login?

no
the non secure login does a post to secure, that's the only reason I asked.

I am using Intel based computer running Win 7 64 bit with IE9 64 bit.
I still cannot log in to dslreports.
When I click on login on the Home page I am sent 'dslreports.com/login/64urlLw?dom=dslreports.com
I then enter my user name & password and am then sent to 'dslreports.com/success2/64urlLw?skip=1' where I am told "Your browser appears not to be returning, or blocking our cookie". Try our cookie test page. CLICK HERE.
I CLICK HERE and am sent to 'dslreports.com/cookies'
To view the cookies I am sending (I am sending 4 cookies from google analytics)
To receive a new, random session cookie (sent a cookie with a random value that you see
Browser sends referer header line OK
jQuery loaded OK

I can login just fine with Chrome on this computer.

I have another similar computer - Intel based running Win 7 32 bit & IE 9 32 bit that will login without problem.

To the best of my knowledge I am not blocking cookies. I even went to internet settings privacy and set it to as low as I could and still no joy.

Would you have any other clues as to what may be happening? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am out of ideas as I don't have 64 bit ie9. Maybe someone else reading has ie9 and can confirm there isn't an issue?
