1 edit | [ALL] Intermittent Cox Data Usage Meter seems as if for the last 3 days or so now that my data usage meter has only worked 2 times in last 72 hours or so
every time i sign in to check my usage it says Your Data Usage Meter is undergoing maintenance. Please try again in 24 hours. and can not view any of my daily usage or anything
does that mean the system for measuring data is being worked on?
is anyone else having this issue as well please let me know
Thank You |

|
 | are you getting the same error saying that Your Data Usage Meter is undergoing maintenance. Please try again in 24 hours? |

|
 | good question i have been wondering the same thing myself
i mean how accurate is the data usage meter i would love to know |
|
 | Have Cox users compared the official Cox meter with their own logs? |
|
 | Anybody? |

Here is a comparison of mine. Sometimes they overshoot, sometimes they undershoot. I know it can has something to do with TCP correctable errors being counted as data. Also I think the forced throttle messes it up because of the way it tracks the session and the way speedboost work? But these are only guesses. What I need to do next is some fact checking and compare actual file sizes of items downloaded to both logs.
