Hey guys, This is my second year now with acanac and so far last year didn't have any problem. If your internet is working, it's great but as soon as hit downtime you will not get your internet back right away.

Remember is not the owner of all the lines they are using it would either Bell or Rogers so if you have trouble, the will have to open a ticket to Bell or Rogers to fix your issue.

I just don't understand why if you purchase a wholesale or amount of connection to the big guys you should have the full access to that network you purchased to support your customer. I guess that is not the case.

Even replacing a modem (like my problem) takes days or maybe weeks to resolved. So far this is my 3rd day that I don't have internet because I have to replace my modem with the one I purchase from them. The tech says they don't have an eta when will this be look after.

Acanac guys, I am not happy right now but I am trying to understand you guys. A little help please.

still no progress. the only thing you guys could tell your customer is we are waiting for the carrier's reply.
