| [Service] Current SiriusXM promotions. It has been awhile since I visited this forum. The last time I visited here there were many discussions about SiriusXM offers to customers that threatened to not renew service. They were offered a promotional rate for up to one year. I used the same process to obtain a promotional rate about two years ago. One thing I dislike about auto pay is the fact I received no notice when the lower rate expired.
I recently purchased a new car and did not put the new car on my old account when I canceled the subscription, for my old car. The last time I replaced a car I immediately added the radio to my account when I cancelled the subscription for the old car. The air head that took my order allowed the six month of free service but removed trial channels that I had the day before. When I complained I got nowhere. Has anyone reading this thread recently received an incentive from SiriusXM to continue service when they threatened to cancel? |

I got six months for $25 when I renewed last month, I've gotten that promo two times in a row now. |

The 6/$25 deal is a nice one. Equally good (IMO) is a $88 per year to renew an expired subscription. Calling during the morning and speaking to the Care or Retention department gets the preferred pricing. |
