Service satisfaction poll

So yesterday, I had my first outage since I started my service with Windstream a little over a year ago. I was told a technician won't be available to repair my problem until Tuesday. I'm taking a poll out of curiosity to see how long it has taken other customers to get a problem fixed. How many hours/days/weeks ?

On a related note, whenever there was a problem with my Time Warner connection, the problem was fixed within hours not days. And yes, I already posted in the Windstream direct forum.

I agree on years. The shortest time was 2 days till they got the problem fixed. Now we are into months waiting for issue to be fixed. If they can get the money.

Been waiting since around 2011 or so. But it's okay, because the new ETR is coming up pretty soon, so they'll for sure fix it this time, right guys? RIGHT GUYS?

Edit: Apparently I didn't even make it to my ETR this time before it was revised to now being in 2014.

Don't waste your time (or money). WS business class internet (at least here in KY) is no different than residential. Had an outage this past summer and it took 5 days, 3 techs and countless phone calls to get a simple storm related problem fixed and service somewhat restored. Service has gone from bad to worse since 1/2012 and all they can seem to do is 'apologize' and tell us 'their workin' on it' along with meaningless other rubbish this company constantly dishes out.

Exactly, if they can not provide a decent residential line how are they going to provide a business line that runs through the same lines. They can't and won't.

Lol. I've had really slow speeds for years, and windstream tells me they know, but have no plans to fix it, likely ever. They simply do not care since they have a monoloply. I've given up, my only option is to move and never do business with these crooks again.
