Access to ESPN3 on watchespn.com
Around the same time that Windstream began direct support on this site, the Windstream subscribers gained access to ESPN3 and a doubling of upload home DSL speeds (384k>766k).
Now many years later, the espn3 access is quietly taken away from us. Thanks Windstream! I hope that you take all that money that you saved and just stick right in your pockets instead of reducing what you bill us!
What's next, taking our upload speeds back down? Had that idea yet?

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. We completely understand how important it is to be able to see all the big games when theyre not available on television. Unfortunately, recently ESPN made drastic changes to ESPN3 content. Live sports broadcasts will no longer be shown on the website and viewer demand has decreased dramatically, so Windstream decided to drop the service. We can provide you access to sports content through ESPN television channels through Dish Network. Also, DISH Networks Multi-Sport Package offers gives you access to additional sports content including: NFL RedZone, NFL Network, NBA TV, NHL Network, MLB Network, MLB Strike Zone, the PAC-12 Network, the BIG Ten network, FOX Soccer, and over 20 Regional Sports Networks.
I can assure you we will not be dropping upload speeds.

who is getting 768 kbps up. I'm not but then very few of us are getting the speeds we are paying for. I can't even get a discount for this messed up internet they are charging me for. Not even a third of what I am paying for, But guess I am lucky since many who are paying for higher are not even getting close either.
