I figured maybe if I got my own line the latency might not be bad since I shared the connection with 4 people. Well, got my own line, own connection etc. Paying 58 for 3.5 up and 768 down (which you're HIGHLY monopolizing), and should be reported, as you've over sold your DSLAM. It is blatantly clear that you did, because even after getting my own personal connection, latency is typically 250-300 at all times, unless late at night, and by late I mean 3 am late.

Basically, why should I stay with you? Your customer service is terrible, never get any answers, And when I do, you guys beat around the bush. I mean, I only have 2 other internet options here, one has a GB cap, and the other is satellite, but they actually don't over sell their DSLAM. As far as the satellite is concerned I could switch and probably get even lower latency than you guys, which is pathetic. Apart from the over sell problem, you can't even get close to what you pay for. I get 1.5 MAYBE 2 on a good day down, I mean really? With how much you guys over charge you'd think you'd use it to upgrade your lines, but nope. You just want deeper pockets. One of the worst ISPs I've ever dealt with.

Your support on the livechat is really good. Asked a question, waited 7 minutes for a response, never got one, then your agent closed chat. That makes you guys look REALLY bad, it's really retarded how much of a pathetic company you guys come out as, but claim to have read good customer support.
