| Modem is showing it being connected at the rated speed. Also noticed errors are a lot higher since the first picture.
By chance, have you found an Ethernet cable yet?
I should also ask, what are all of the devices you are trying to use? If your cell phone is one, I can say that I have the same problem that you have (Speed test on hard wired computer shows 24.5 Mbps, but on my cell, I'm only getting around 7 Mbps, which I just a speed test a few minutes ago).
