| Yes, I do have internet. WAN Ethernet Status and Connection Status say I'm connected, but at Downstream and Upstream rate, I see "N/A". |

| Are you on fiber? If you are, then you won't have a DSL connection and would get these results. Also, the actiontec would just be working as a regular router. Does your actiontec connect to an ethernet port or a traditional phone jack? |

| That's right. I'm on fiber. The Actiontec connects via ethernet to the Alcatel-Lucent fiber optic modem. |

| If you are on FTTx, then attenuation stats through the xDSL portion of the modem won't be available. |
