All of the tracerts are to a game server I play on everyday. The packet loss starts at 7am every morning and lasts through 10pm, same with the high jitter. The packet loss just started on Thursday, the ping from 6 to 11pm has been going on since November of last year. The tracert is usually 42ms to 50ms on the last several hops and from 6pm to 11pm everynight it goes up to 100ms to 250ms. Some days the ping is fine, most it is not. I'm to the point now where I'm just gonna go with a 6/1 ATT connection. I have the 50/3 Suddenlink tier btw.

Similar experience (but not the exact same thing here)
not as bad as yours random packet loss and slow internet speeds around the time they got the phone issue fixed after years. new issue arrived concerning that slow internet and random packet loss during peak times
overloaded channel
SDLL3Tech was able to get us set up on a Docsis3 modem for a D2 package that any SuddenLink salesman told me I had to get a D3 Package or I would have to buy one ourselves after 3 years of them replacing their own cable modem I wasn't going to buy one that they can blame on us whenever problems arise.

They may take a while to get on here but at least you know they don't dick you around like the field techs/call center guys do, and will work his hardest to fix the issue no promise when they will get it fixed on here but it WILL get fixed.

I received your PM and have isolated the packet-loss though I will not be able to fix it remotely. However, I have provided the local staff the information to work on a resolution. Please see my PM for more information.

The errors that were causing the packet-loss are currently clear thanks to the local techs. I will continue to monitor it until tomorrow to ensure the errors do not return.
