[complaint] Speed shown in Kbps vs Mbps

Why are the speeds not shown in the standard manner, which is Mbps, and not the Kbps they are coming up?? In order to compare the speed with what Charter is telling me, means I have to figure out the conversion rate, and manually translate them. I had read that DSL Reports DOES report speeds in Mbps, but this is not what's coming up.
