[bug] FAQ wysiwyg Editor will remove text

Tested on IE 10 and Chrome 29.0.1547.76

When authoring a FAQ entry, if you click on the source button and switch back to WYSIWYG mode, anything typed after that click is not carried over to the preview or post. If you switch views multiple times, only the text after the most recent view change will be removed.

Also apparently the post system doesn't like WYSIWYG as all caps in the title...

In Chrome, I could not reproduce maybe I misunderstand the bug or I'm not trying the right browser.

I toggled the button, added some text, toggled it again, hit preview, saw the change, (etc - did it a few more times each time i hit preview, i always see below the editor what I'm looking at in the editor).

I did fix a simpler problem with Preview/Post that crept in - for two days it wasn't calling the editor finalise function on the click of the button.
