| [Internet] Modem Reboot on Download Hi, new here. Hoping I can find answers, as the tech support team on the phone seem completely clueless.
Basically, ANY time I try to download ANY kind of file, no matter the size, the modem will shut itself off, then back on. This makes my internet life/job extremely irritating, as it is impossible to download anything.
I can post logs/signals and whatever else is needed if anyone can help!!! |

Does your issue happen on a wired device or wireless device?
You can have BHNtechXpert Check your settings , just open up a Direct post and provide your Modem's MAC Address.
