Acanac Technical Support?

Haven't had cable internet from Acanac for 11 days and counting. Could be the modem or line but a tech has to check it out. Rogers tech suppose to come last week Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday at a certain time slot but was a no show. My kids going to university have resorted to using their cell phones as hot spots for their computers which has resulted in warning texts about data usage. The wife is complaining about her Facebook and the homephone(voit) is also down. Keep calling and messaging and all that is said is that it's escalated and no updates. Can someone help?
