Time Period Needed To Reset 'New Customer' Status

Hi, maybe this isn't a common question or maybe I'm just bad at searching, but ...

If I were to disconnect my current Mediacom service (Star Package w/ all three), what length of time would need to pass before I could sign up with Mediacom service again as a new customer, and receive promotional pricing?

If it has any bearing, I'm considering re-signing up later for internet service only.

Hello, there is a 6 month waiting period to receive new customer promotions once disconnected. Please let me know if you have any further concerns.

Interesting to know it's half the time it use to be.
