I don't know. I'm going to play with some settings tonight with a constant ping running on my phone over the 4G network and see what falls out.

MAJOR NOTE:

While my FIREWALL says all "OFF", I STILL have to use NAT/Gaming tab to forward the ports I want to use for specific apps, like XBOX and torrents.

That's because the NAT part of the device is still active. The firewall may be off but if the NAT tables have no entry for the incoming packet to come back in through, the incoming data is going to /dev/null.

Making a forward on the NAT/Gaming tab create a permanent NAT entry for the data to come back in through.

Why are there reports from other providers in the U-verse group?

When I brought this up last week skj told me they can only add monitors to the group by user name (and not monitor ID), so if someone has multiple line monitors it adds all of them.

I sign up ( i think i did it right). It still does work for people who only have Uverse TV?

If you do not have U-Verse internet, than this would not be the right group for you to join. It is to monitor U-verse internet lines. You can still, of course, just sign up for your own line monitor. You do not have to be part of a group to do that.
