North Reading, MA | [connectivity] DSL issues in Highland NY Was talking to one of the close friends from HS. She tells me that she hasn't had internet via DSL for two days. He called the support line and it kept asking her to fill out a trouble ticket on line. Q- if you lost your internet, how are you supposed to go online?
They arranged for someone to show up between 7 am and noon. No one showed up. They they called and were told before 1:30......and it was 2:30 already.
When the person finally made it (around 4) he looked at the system and said it wan't here but at the main office, but you will be out of service till tomorrow..... |
