and every 3-4 days i notice my adsl keeps disconnecting
and then i need to rebot my modem and it works again for another

Is there a specific time of day this is happening? Is the sync and surf lights on the modem turning off when you get disconnected?

it happens in the afternoon, the sync and surf lights stay a blue color and when i get disconnected the internet light from a blue color turns off and then after a few seconds turns a red color and i cant get online then i need to reboot the adsl modem
and all the lights after a minute or 2 turn all blue and i can get back into google, i wondering if theres a setting in the modem that i need to fix maybe a lease setting
and also i have 2 house phones with filters and no separate internet line

The phones shouldn't have in line filters, there needs to a be a whole home filter, or pots filter that should be in the basement

um so do i need a tech to come install a adsl splitter in my basement
then run a separate line from outside to my 3rd floor for the adsl modem

Yes, that should've been done when it was first installed!

It sounds like your issue could be something unrelated to that though. Have you checked the Sagemcom's logs to see what was going on? Do you see any entries that say "LCP down"?

It could be an issue on Bell's end, or It might be the Sagemcom itself if the PPPoE service is crashing/restarting.
