 | If they are very similar, why can't replace to use A AVX tantalum capacitors TAJF337K004RNJ, this goods very shortage in market now, so we find out another one AVX TAJC337K004RNJ, there datasheet are 4v 330uf 10%, all the same except height, TAJC337K004RNJ is higher 0.8mm than TAJF337K004RNJ. It is very small gap, only 0.8mm, almost can't identify between them, why can't accept the replace one, i really confused... |
2 edits | The TAJF has an ESR of 0.3 ohm, the TAJC has 0.9 ohm. That's a rather significant difference and it may matter in some cases.
Edit: Specs seem to be all over the place, according to: »uk.farnell.com/avx/tajc337k004rn···/1788941 it is: "AVX - TAJC337K004RNJ - CAPACITOR TANT, 330UF, 4V, 0.9OHM, 10%", but the ESR in »www.avx.com/docs/Catalogs/taj.pdf it is 0.3 ohm. On the farnell site, the TAJF had a Czech supplier while the TAJC had a Chinese supplier -- so the difference could be due to the supplier, or due to a typo.
You just need to look at the parameters of the actual parts (ask for samples) and see if they are the same, or close enough. -- Wacky Races 2012! |
