I have had great luck with TP-Link products indoors. Outdoors I tend to use Ubiquiti Products.

A pair of these and the building mounts should have no trouble going 2km.

I am normally going 'one block' distances so I use these
»www.amazon.com/Ubiquiti- ··· ubiquiti

Both are WAP/antenna combos, that only need an ethernet feed, they use POE. You will reconfigure one as a Client Bridge to make a connection.

Sir I don't think Ubiquiti products are easy to get in India.
Can you please tell me the installation procedure
What mode should the main office access point should be and what mode should the 2nd office be ? And or both should be in wifi bridge mode ?

In these screen shots, Sunflower is my main building, Fairland is my remote. I have Ubiquiti joining the sites, and TP-Links inside the buildings.

I am no expert on India. »www.goip.in/products/products
For both TP-Link and Ubiquiti, leave the main office a WAP as factory configured.
For the remote office choose Client Bridge on the TP-Link, Ubiquiti calls this a Station.

At -35 dBm signal you're in receiver overload territory, no? You might want to dial your power down and aim for -51 dBm on both ends.

The TP-Link I would consider would be this: »www.tp-link.in/products/ ··· -WA5210G

It is designed to outdoors, and has an integrated antenna.

If I get it below -39, it does not connect.

Yes, but it is "G" (about 22 Mbit throughput), while the Ubiquiti devices I wanted you to use is "N" and will do 100 Mbit.

Also this device is 2.4 Ghz which is a much busier Band than the 5 Ghz devices I tried to advise you to get.

That M2 is still a 2.4 Ghz band device. If your wireless environment is at all busy, you will be better served by the M5 5 Ghz version.

»www.ebay.in/itm/Ubiquiti ··· 8554a2a7

I recommend you use InSSIDer to check, if you already see devices at channels 1, 6, and 11, go with the M5.

Sir I have installed the wifi device.
After aligning the anterna I get Db from 20 50. Which is good?
Are higher or lower Db good for wireless network?
At what Db can I achieve maximum speed on my network ?

In terms of signal strength, -1 is extremely strong, while -99 is extremely weak. Generally, -51 is considered ideal, but as jimbopalmer mentioned above, in some circumstance you may want more power.

The best way to answer your other questions is to test while manipulating your transmit power.

WPA2 PSK if they support it.
