Re: seemingly DNS related issue with 4620le I just switched to google dns again, and continued to experience the same problem. Though I expected that. I confirmed there was no DNS redirection using »www.grc.com/dns/dns.htm as suggested in another thread here.
The UML290 suggestion is pretty good. They are cheap and readily available. That does limit the flexibility of having the 4620 on the road, but would be fine for home use. |

 1 edit | I actually have a Cradlepoint CTR 35 which I use on the road. I just keep it charged up and grab my usb stick on my way out the door.

Edit: Whoops, I meant a PHS300 for the road. Honestly I have a drawer full out mini routers being I've tried almost everything to get a solid connection. The CTR 35 was great for 3G with a USB760. |
